Meet Chef Michael
The Maestro Behind Every Meal
A graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, Executive Chef Michael Ehlert comes to us most recently from two of Dallas’ most noteworthy restaurants, The French Room and Mirador.
His vision for the menu at LADA was to create a unique tasting experience that serves upscale Mexican cuisine inside a comfortable casual environment for the whole community to enjoy.
